Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Operations Support professional in Groveport, OH to assist the manager with daily planning and monitoring of paid transportation finance operations. You will work closely with warehouse staff and support customer payments and hauler settlements to ensure smooth, accurate processing.

The role requires handling high-volume data entry, resolving billing issues, and coordinating with corporate teams. Schedule is Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with days off Monday–Tuesday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience preferred.
• Experience with billing, payments, and data entry is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills important for daily planning.

Responsibilities

• Resolve billing issues with Operations.
• Review, research, and resolve missing PODs.
• Receive, research, process, and track driver ATDs.
• Receive, review, process, and track returns.
• Monitor and maintain each assigned driver.
• Routing/Attaching outbound shipments
• Quoting new shipments
• Communicate with relevant corporate personnel at all levels.
• Other duties as requested.
• High volume data entry
• Assist with customer service issues as they arise.
• Follow up with Operations on billing-related issues.
