Job summary

Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Operations Support professional to assist a manager with daily planning and monitoring of paid transportation finance operations. You will work closely with warehouse staff to support customer payments and hauler settlements.

The role requires strong organization, excellent MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule and team-oriented environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or operations support.
• Excellent computer and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Able to multitask in a high-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing 35+ wpm minimum.

Responsibilities

• Resolve billing issues with Operations.
• Review, research, and resolve missing PODs.
• Research, process, and track driver ATD’s.
• Research, process, and track returns.
• Monitor and maintain each assigned driver.
• Route outbound shipments; attach them as needed.
• Quote new shipments.
• Communicate with corporate personnel at all levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• High volume data entry; support customer service issues.
• Follow up with Operations on billing-related issues.
