Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher is required.
• Minimum three (3) years of security or operations experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience within security.
• Scheduling experience managing large staffing hours is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must maintain required security registrations and certifications.

Job Skills / Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• Minimum three (3) years of related security or operations experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience within the security industry.
• Scheduling experience managing large staffing hours preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in computer systems and smartphone applications.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to maintain required security registrations and certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Five (5) years or more of security, operations, or related industry experience.
• Client-facing management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Maintain valid registration as a security guard throughout employment.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and respond to operational needs outside normal business hours when required
