OneMain Financial Group is hiring an Operations Support Representative in West Valley City, UT. The role focuses on managing deceased borrower and cease-and-desist accounts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting servicing operations.

You will review accounts, gather documents for modifications or repossessions, assist customers and partners via calls, and contribute to process improvements while supporting daily payment processing actions.

Competenze

• 1+ years working knowledge in auto finance or related roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadline pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial transaction platforms.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math and data entry skills.

The Operations Support Representative is responsible for managing deceased borrowers, attorney representation, cease and desist accounts and special handling accounts and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
