PerfectVision is seeking a results-driven Operations Support Supervisor to oversee the OSS team responsible for work order management across our CS network and partner base. You will train, coach, and evaluate staff while coordinating with call center managers to optimize partner support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant certifications a plus.
• 1–2 years of related customer service experience.
• Experience leading or supervising a small team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage phone and email queue during scheduled work hours to support CS customers and fulfillment partners.
• Monitor daily service orders to ensure OSS team schedules work and updates status.
• Coach and train OSS team to improve day-to-day operations and partner coverage.
• Develop strong relationships with fulfillment partners, regional managers, and PerfectVision customers.
• Report OSS performance metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
