Job summary

PIM Brands seeks an Operations Support Coordinator for its Somerset, New Jersey facility. You will be a key operations resource, coordinating equipment installations, supporting production infrastructure, and driving standardization to improve safety and efficiency.

Requires a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing or operations coordination, a High School Diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), and strong organizational, communication, and Lean skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing, warehouse, operations, maintenance coordination, or project support experience.
• Experience coordinating vendors and external service providers.
• Experience supporting equipment installations, facility improvements, or operational projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support installation of production and packaging equipment.
• Assist with production line redesigns and operational improvement projects.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and repairs through external vendors.
• Develop and maintain visual management standards and SOPs.
