Job summary

PIM Brands, Inc. in Somerset, NJ is seeking a Manufacturing Performance Leader to drive continuous improvement for safety, quality, cost and delivery.

You will lead CI initiatives, set KPI targets, and work with Finance to validate savings and productivity benefits. The role requires a Master’s in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Lean Six Sigma, and deep experience with REDZONE, SAP S/4HANA, and analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI; you will coach leaders and sustain shop floor

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial and System Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering with 6+ years in food/beverage manufacturing.
• Experience deploying REDZONE and SAP S/4HANA; data analytics and KPI dashboards development.
• Lean Six Sigma certification; strong Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL and visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to CI teams to improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale.
• Develop and align CI roadmaps and KPI targets; validate savings with Finance.
• Lead plant-wide CI initiatives including performance dashboards and daily management systems.
