Diamonds Direct is seeking an Operations Support professional to help ensure smooth daily operations. The role involves inventory control, order processing, logistics coordination, and administrative tasks across front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

The candidate will maintain records, support merchandise prep for displays, and assist with process improvements while upholding brand standards and providing reliable operational support to internal teams.

• Support project coordination efforts and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Any other duties as assigned

Operations Support role assists with the smooth running of daily business functions, including inventory management, order processing, logistics coordination, and administrative tasks. This position supports both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure exceptional operational efficiency and customer service.
