Job summary

Diamonds Direct is seeking an Operations Support to help ensure smooth daily operations, including inventory management, order processing, logistics coordination, and admin tasks across front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

You will contribute to exceptional operational efficiency and customer service, with duties spanning inventory tracking, packaging, fulfillment, and records maintenance in a fast-paced retail environment.
