Job summary

Diamonds Direct in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Operations Support professional to help streamline daily store operations and customer service, aligning with our RHINO standards of ownership and teamwork.

You will assist with inventory management, order processing, packaging and fulfillment, coordinate with shipping and logistics, and provide administrative support to both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and brand integrity.

Operations Support role assists with the smooth running of daily business functions, including inventory management, order processing, logistics coordination, and administrative tasks. This position supports both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure exceptional operational efficiency and customer service.

• Assist with order processing, packaging, and fulfillment
• Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams

Support project coordination efforts and contribute to process improvement initiatives
