EF Education First's Explore America division offers an Operations Support Co-op in Domestic Operations. The role blends logistics, planning, and supplier communications, with a focus on airport transfers and hotel bookings.

You will work in a hybrid pattern (4 days in the office, 1 day remote) for 40 hours per week during the 1/19/2027–6/25/2027 period, developing practical operations experience and strong teamwork skills.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and possibly external stakeholders.
• Careful and thorough approach to ensure accuracy in tasks like data entry, report generation, and process documentation.
• Ability to think critically and develop solutions for operational challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and possibly other industry-specific software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Operations Support in planning, logistics, and supplier communications.
• Book and organize airport transfers and overnight hotel rooms; coordinate with suppliers.
• Support Production, Procurement, and Tour Director teams to ensure smooth operations.
