EF Education First is offering an Operations Support Co-op in Transportation in Boston. The role runs from 2027-01-19 to 2027-06-25 and pays $21/hour with a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote per week) for 40 hours per week.

The position supports the Operations function across Production, Procurement, and Tour Director teams, focusing on booking airport transfers, itinerary creation, and supplier communication.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and possibly external stakeholders.
• Careful and thorough approach to ensure accuracy in tasks like data entry, report generation, and process documentation.
• Ability to think critically and develop solutions for operational challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and possibly other industry-specific software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate airport transfers, itinerary creation and ownership, and direct supplier communication.
• Support Production, Procurement, and Tour Director teams in planning and logistics.
