Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Service Associate to provide operational support and general management assistance within the Market function. The role handles document maintenance, money movement, trade support, and various approvals daily.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, preference for a college degree, and be proficient with Microsoft Office. Licensing (Series 7/66 or 63/65) may be required or pursued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; client service oriented.

• Willingness to obtain FINRA licenses (Series 7/66 or 63/65) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational support tasks including document maintenance, mail handling and scanning.
• Assist with money movement processes such as deposits, check issuance, and approvals.
• Support trade processing and remediation to meet service levels and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in special projects and provide onboarding support for recruiters or other teams.
