Chimera Enterprises International, Inc (Chimera) is seeking a contractor to support internal policy development, office management, personnel records, task allotment and tracking, and quality control. The role requires at least 10 years in office management, task management (ETMS2, TMT or CATMS), and DoD administrative familiarity.

The candidate will advise the Plans and Programs Department (J5/8R) and manage taskers, calendars, travel authorizations, and personnel evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Ten years of experience in office management, task management (ETMS2, TMT or CATMS), and quality control.
  • Thorough understanding of DoD civilian and military administrative requirements, staff procedures.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office suite and government tasking systems.
  • Ability to understand tasker requirements, deliverables, and communicate to others.
  • Ability to develop and present briefing charts.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, or recommend changes to internal policies, operations, and standard operating procedures for the Directorate.
  • Advise the Plans and Programs Department on implications of administrative regulations, directives, and policies.
  • Manage and track Directorate taskers via the Agency’s tasking system of record; ensure backups.
  • Coordinate Directorate/Department and interagency events, meetings, and working groups.
  • Provide executive administrative support, editing, and filing documents.
  • Prepare various briefings and manage the Chief's calendar and appointments.
  • Assist in processing government travel authorizations and vouchers.
  • Assist in processing, tracking, and routing evaluations, performance forms, and awards.
  • Provide updates to MDRS, SARs, and other event tracking tools; distribute and submit reports.
  • Manage correspondence, coordination of responses for actions, and submit meeting minutes.
  • Submit meeting minutes as requested.
  • Ensure policy and procedural documentation meets DoD standards.

Primary Purpose

The Contractor shall provide support to internal policy and procedure development, office management, personnel records management, task allotment and tracking, and quality control. Support must have at least ten (10) years of experience in office management, task management (ETMS2, TMT or CATMS), and quality control. Additionally, support must have a thorough understanding of DoD civilian and military administrative requirements, staff procedures, and intermediate level experience using various office software such as MS SharePoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and government tasking systems. The Contractor must have the ability to: 1) understand tasker requirements and deliverables and be able to clearly provide the information to others; 2) ensure all tasker requirements and deliverables are complete prior to submission to the OB Chief of Staff; 3) communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; and 4) develop and present briefing charts.

Education and Experience
  • Highly functional with Microsoft Office, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat, and e-mail.
  • Proficient with EnterpriseTask Management Software Solution (ETMS2).
  • Familiarity with the Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Must be able to occasionally lift equipment, material, and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Must possessand maintain a Top-Secret security clearance.
