Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Water Transfer in Troy, PA. You will oversee field teams, ensure safe, on-time project execution, and maintain alignment with customer expectations.

Role requires 2+ years water transfer experience, leadership, and strong communication. Sign-on bonus offered; rotate 12-hour shifts, travel may be required, and on-site supervision is essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of water transfer experience.
• Certified Fusion Technician (1+ year).
• Prior team or project management experience.
• Mechanical and equipment knowledge (pumps, valves, flow control).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with mobile reporting tools.
• Ability to manage costs, schedules, and customer expectations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Technical or engineering coursework a plus.

Bring your experience to our Water Transfer Operations and earn a $4,000 sign-on bonus, paid out in four quarterly payments. We are hiring across Tioga County, Bradford County, Lycoming County, Sullivan County and Wyoming County n Northeast Pennsylvania.

We’re looking for experienced professionals who are ready to hit the ground running, join a growing operation, and put their skills to work from day one.

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll oversee all water transfer activities for a specific operator or account. You’ll lead a team of Field Supervisors, Senior Water Transfer Technicians, and Technicians—ensuring projects run safely, on schedule, and within budget. This is a key leadership role interfacing directly with customers.
