Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Water Transfer in the Mansfield, PA area. You will oversee field operations, manage a team of supervisors and technicians, and ensure projects run safely, on time, and within budget.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer interfacing, and implementing operational improvements. A valid driver’s license and 12-hour shift flexibility are required; Northeast PA travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of water transfer experience.
• Certified Fusion Technician (1+ year).
• Prior team or project management experience.
• Mechanical and equipment knowledge (pumps, valves, flow control).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with mobile reporting tools (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
• Ability to manage costs, schedules, and customer expectations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Technical or engineering coursework a plus.
• 12-hour shifts, Days & Nights, Overtime & Weekend availability, Travel required.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
