Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Wyalusing, PA, seeks an Operations Supervisor for Water Transfer to lead field operations, supervise a team of field personnel, and ensure projects run safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will act as the client’s on-site contact, drive performance improvements, and coordinate with engineering. 12-hour shifts, travel, and all-weather work are required; a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of water transfer experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of water transfer experience.
• Certified Fusion Technician (1+ year).
• Prior team or project management experience.
• Mechanical and equipment knowledge (pumps, valves, flow control).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with mobile reporting tools (smartphone, tablet).
• Ability to manage costs, schedules, and customer expectations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Technical or engineering coursework a plus.

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll oversee all water transfer activities for a specific operator or account. You’ll lead a team of Field Supervisors, Senior Water Transfer Technicians, and Technicians—ensuring projects run safely, on schedule, and within budget. This is a key leadership role interfacing directly with customers.
