Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of water transfer experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and sign daily field tickets and project documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and train team members on procedures and equipment.
• Monitor performance of pumps, valves, fusion machines, and related systems.
• Drive operational improvements, introduce new technologies, and reduce costs.

Experienced Water Transfer Professionals — Earn a $4,000 Sign-On Bonus! Bring your experience to our Water Transfer Operations and earn a $4,000 sign-on bonus, paid out in four quarterly payments. We are hiring across Tioga County, Bradford County, Lycoming County, Sullivan County and Wyoming County n Northeast Pennsylvania. We’re looking for experienced professionals who are ready to hit the ground running, join a growing operation, and put their skills to work from day one. Sign-on bonus eligibility requirements and payment terms apply. As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll oversee all water transfer activities for a specific operator or account. You’ll lead a team of Field Supervisors, Senior Water Transfer Technicians, and Technicians—ensuring projects run safely, on schedule, and within budget. This is a key leadership role interfacing directly with customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of water transfer experience
• Certified Fusion Technician (1+ year)
• Prior team or project management experience
• Mechanical and equipment knowledge (pumps, valves, flow control)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with mobile reporting tools (smartphone, tablet, etc.)
• Ability to manage costs, schedules, and customer expectations
• Valid driver’s license
• Technical or engineering coursework a plus
• 12-hour shifts | Days & Nights | Overtime & Weekend availability | Travel required |
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
