As an Operations Supervisor, you'll oversee all water transfer activities for a specific operator or account. You'll lead a team of Field Supervisors, Senior Water Transfer Technicians, and Technicians ensuring projects run safely, on schedule, and within budget. This is a key leadership role interfacing directly with customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of water transfer experience
• Certified Fusion Technician (1+ year)
• Prior team or project management experience
• Mechanical and equipment knowledge (pumps, valves, flow control)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with mobile reporting tools (smartphone, tablet, etc.)
• Ability to manage costs, schedules, and customer expectations
• Valid driver's license
• Technical or engineering coursework a plus
• 12-hour shifts | Days & Nights | Overtime & Weekend availability | Travel required |
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
