Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Cambridge, OH is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Water Transfer to lead day-to-day field operations and a team of field staff. You’ll ensure safe, on-time execution of water transfer projects and maintain customer satisfaction on-site.

You will collaborate with engineering, manage budgets and schedules, and drive improvements while upholding safety standards in all weather and shift conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of water transfer experience.
• Certified Fusion Technician (1+ year).
• Prior team or project management experience.
• Mechanical and equipment knowledge (pumps, valves, flow control).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with mobile reporting tools (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
• Ability to manage costs, schedules, and customer expectations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Technical or engineering coursework a plus.
• 12-hour shifts | Days & Nights | Overtime & Weekend availability | Travel required.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll oversee all water transfer activities for a specific operator or account. You’ll lead a team of Field Supervisors, Senior Water Transfer Technicians, and Technicians—ensuring projects run safely, on schedule, and within budget. This is a key leadership role interfacing directly with customers.
