Keystone Clearwater Solutions in New Martinsville, WV, is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Water Transfer team. You will oversee field personnel, ensure safe, on-time water transfer projects, and act as the on-site client liaison.

The role requires 2+ years of water transfer experience, a Certified Fusion Technician credential, and prior leadership. Expect 12-hour shifts, travel, overtime, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid in four quarterly installments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of water transfer experience.
• Certified Fusion Technician (1+ year).
• Prior team or project management experience.
• Mechanical and equipment knowledge (pumps, valves, flow control).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with mobile reporting tools (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
• Ability to manage costs, schedules, and customer expectations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 12-hour shifts, Days & Nights; Overtime & Weekend availability; Travel required.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll oversee all water transfer activities for a specific operator or account. You’ll lead a team of Field Supervisors, Senior Water Transfer Technicians, and Technicians—ensuring projects run safely, on schedule, and within budget.
