Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Operations Supervisor in waste management, manufacturing, or trucking.
• CDL is required or willingness to obtain one when supervising drivers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee driver and laborer safety, including training and incident reporting.
• Schedule shifts, manage call-ins/no shows, and report department metrics.
• Facility or route optimization and ensuring coverage at all times.
• Lead and supervise laborers or drivers with performance feedback.
• Adapt to unpredictable situations and assist customers with issues.
• Set a positive tone and motivate the work team.
