Zūm Services, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Omaha, NE to manage daily transportation operations, lead front-line teams, and drive service quality.

Reporting to the Location Manager, you will balance safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while supporting growth initiatives. You will supervise supervisors, manage staffing and routes, and collaborate with HR, Safety, and Maintenance teams to ensure fleet readiness and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience maintaining client relationships and managing accounts in an operational setting.
• 2+ years of supervisory or people-leadership experience managing teams of 25+ employees in fast-paced operational settings.
• 2+ years of experience managing day-to-day operations in time-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transportation operations, including scheduling and staffing.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to exceed targets.
• Coordinate with Location Manager to ensure readiness and safety.
• Work with Maintenance Manager to ensure fleet readiness and budget monitoring.
• Supervise staff and support hiring plans with HR and Safety teams.
• Develop high-potential team members for advancement.
