Job summary

Zūm is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to support daily transportation operations in St. Louis, MO. You will oversee front-line teams, drive performance across all operational areas, and partner with managers to ensure service quality and growth initiatives.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. You will coach staff, manage schedules, and monitor KPIs to deliver exceptional mobility services.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience maintaining client relationships and managing accounts in an operational setting.
2+ years of supervisory or people-leadership experience managing teams of 25+ employees in fast-paced settings.
2+ years of experience managing day-to-day operations in time-sensitive environments such as transportation or logistics.
Bachelor's degree in Business/Operations or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
Experience in unionized environments and CBAs is a plus.
Experience in K-12 transportation or working with school district customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day transportation operations, scheduling, staffing, route assignments, and field trip coordination.
Monitor and analyze operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
Collaborate with Location Manager to ensure readiness, safety, and organized facilities.
Develop staff through coaching, performance reviews, and development plans.
Ensure compliance with regulations and customer contracts; manage stakeholder relationships.
