• Performance monitoring and quality assurance: track safety, quality, and delivery metrics and address deviations.
• Team development and support: provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for team members.
• Escalation and issue resolution: manage escalations and ensure timely resolution and clear pass-downs.
• Administrative and workforce management: handle time-off requests, corrections, and training records.
