Woodsage LLC in Ohio is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily production operations on the designated shift. You will lead a team, ensure adherence to safety policies, and execute the production plan with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, knowledge of safety regulations, and familiarity with Quality Management Systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Formación

• 3–5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge or training in safety regulations and safe work practices.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9000).
• Strong abilities in problem-solving, adaptability, and communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee shift operations by executing the designated production plan.
• Daily communication of individual production activities.
• Training and ensuring competence of employees.
• Communicate and provide feedback to team daily.
• Evaluate and document performance using the Woodsage employee performance review process.
• Assist with maintaining proper staffing levels in Human Resources and Management.
• Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping standards are met across the plant.
• Ensure completion of all required documentation related to employees or production.
• Communicate issues with Director of Operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
