Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee collections across multiple lines of business including hauling, residential, commercial, roll-off and container delivery. You will supervise drivers and helpers and partner with the Operations Manager to implement safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

You will lead safety initiatives, drive route optimization, and ensure service quality while maintaining a collaborative, productive work environment for the team.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of lead or supervisory experience.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage safety programs.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to achieve safety goals and communicate them to the team.
• Remove unsafe conditions and ensure driver routes are compliant with safety standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep equipment in safe working order.
• Oversee safety and loss control programs and maintain a safe work environment.
• Lead drivers to achieve productivity goals and optimize routes.
