Job summary

You'll coach and train employees, address performance and safety concerns, and collaborate with linehaul and other departments to meet performance goals while upholding FedEx policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Leadership, coaching and performance-management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret data and communicate clearly.
