Responsibilities

• Champion FedEx's Safety Above All Culture and support related initiatives.
• Manage hiring, coaching, performance evaluation, and staff development.
• Plan, organize, staff, directs and controls day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Monitor performance and implement improvement plans for key metrics.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate operational updates to staff.
• Administer employee relations and safety strategies; ensure confidentiality.
• Train new employees on job duties, safety, and FXG policies.
• Mentor junior Operations Supervisors and adapt to changing needs.
