Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or Associate’s Degree in related area.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champions FedEx Safety Above All culture and initiatives.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, and manage staff performance and discipline.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage employees to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Lead meetings and communicate updates and daily goals to staff.
• Develop and administer employee relations and safety programs.
• Resolve or escalate customer service issues as appropriate.
• Train new employees on duties, performance expectations, and FXG policies.
