Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team in a culture that values growth and accountability. You will drive project delivery, lead teams, and ensure outstanding service to customers and partners.

You will maximize customer satisfaction, manage resources and costs, mentor field leaders, and collaborate with sales to support growth. This role requires 3–5 years of leadership in service/project environments and a college degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: 3-5 years relevant.
• Preferred Experience: leadership in service/project environment; managing labor utilization and workforce planning.
• Experience with customer relationship management including executive-level interaction.
• Knowledge of contracting models (lump sum, T&M, service agreements) and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction by effectively executing all assigned projects.
• Manage resources, costs and customer satisfaction for effective project delivery.
• Assist the Operations Manager and oversee Project Managers/Coordinators in all aspects of projects.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years relevant

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

• Demonstrated leadership in a service and project-driven environment with a focus on accountability and performance management
• Experience driving labor utilization, workforce planning, and operational efficiency
• Strong background in customer relationship management, including executive-level client interaction
• Proven ability to lead through change, scale teams, or build structure in a growing operation
• Experience partnering closely with sales to support growth, estimating, and project execution alignment
• Knowledge of contracting models (lump sum, T&M, service agreements) and risk management
• Familiarity with scheduling and resource planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar)
• Experience with ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and operational reporting
• Track record of improving safety performance and fostering a strong safety culture
• Experience developing and mentoring field leaders, PMs, or supervisors
• Understanding of procurement, vendor management, and subcontractor oversight
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead meetings, drive alignment, and resolve conflict
