Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor to lead and deliver complex, low-voltage installation projects while growing with the company.

You’ll oversee resources, costs, and customer satisfaction, support the Operations Manager and Project Managers, and contribute to a culture that values integrity, growth, and exceptional service. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits within a dynamic, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant operations supervision experience.
• Experience managing multiple low-voltage installation projects.
• Preferred Industry experience: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction by effectively executing all assigned projects.
• Oversee the effective management of resources, costs and customer satisfaction for project delivery.
• Assist the Operations Manager and oversee Project Managers and/or Coordinators in all aspects of the project.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
