Job summary

Convergint is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Phoenix data center operations. The role focuses on leading projects, managing resources and ensuring customer satisfaction on-site.

You will collaborate with the Operations Manager and project teams to deliver results, monitor costs, and drive performance while maintaining Convergint’s safety and service standards.

Qualifications

Requirements

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years relevant

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated leadership in a service and project-driven environment with a focus on accountability and performance management
• Experience driving labor utilization, workforce planning, and operational efficiency
• Strong background in customer relationship management, including executive-level client interaction
• Proven ability to lead through change, scale teams, or build structure in a growing operation
• Experience partnering closely with sales to support growth, estimating, and project execution alignment
• Knowledge of contracting models (lump sum, T&M, service agreements) and risk management
• Familiarity with scheduling and resource planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar)
• Experience with ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and operational reporting
• Track record of improving safety performance and fostering a strong safety culture
• Experience developing and mentoring field leaders, PMs, or supervisors
• Understanding of procurement, vendor management, and subcontractor oversight
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead meetings, drive alignment, and resolve conflict
