Convergint is seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor to join our culture of growth and excellence. You will lead projects, coordinate resources, and partner with the Operations Manager to deliver outstanding service to customers and communities.

You will bring 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office tools. Our compensation range is competitive and reflects the scope of responsibilities and location.

Qualifications

• Customer focus and understanding of customer needs.
• Leadership orientation to mentor others in the Operations Department.
• Strong financial analytical skills including cost control.
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong team leadership and facilitation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction by effectively executing all assigned projects.
• Manage resources, costs and customer satisfaction for project completion and delivery.
• Assist the Operations Manager and oversee Project Managers and/or Coordinators.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
