Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store operations and ensure readiness. The role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, depending on assignment.

Responsibilities include shipment processing, replenishment, stock organization, and maintaining back-of-house standards while supporting cleanliness, safety, and compliance. The position may expand to broader leadership in larger stores.

Formación

• Experience in retail operations and leadership preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to coach and develop associates.
