Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 1-3 years prior manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Technical background in area supervising.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Familiar with SPC methods.
• Capable of independent judgment.
• CPR and First Aid training required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop direct reports and foster a positive culture.
• Oversee production and coordinate cross‑department work flow.
• Schedule production and manage department budget/costs.
• Apply lean tools (5S, Kaizen) to minimize variation.
• Ensure quality standards and safety/OSHA compliance.
• Direct manpower, train employees, and handle emergencies.
