Qualifications

• Ability to analyze production and maintenance data to drive improvements.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop hourly production team members.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance objectives.
• Monitor daily production metrics and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and work assignments.
• Support continuous improvement using Lean principles.

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Supervise skilled trades and maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Prioritize maintenance work orders and allocate resources.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams.
