Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent technical background in supervising area.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• CPR and First Aid training required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiar with SPC methods and capable of independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop direct reports.
• Maintain a positive, engaging culture among team members.
• Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement in the value stream.
• Schedule production and manage department budget and materials.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and SPC requirements.
• Maintain safety and OSHA standards within the department.
• Direct workforce, assign tasks, and ensure proper tool and equipment availability.
