Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in supply chain or warehouse operations with leadership.
• Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, distribution and warehouse practices.
• Ability to work fast and effectively in a matrix environment.
• Demonstrated leadership to lead, coach and mentor teammates.
• Proven team-building ability to motivate and direct work.
• Ability to apply continuous improvement methodologies and standardize processes across sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the operations team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement Lean/Six Sigma strategies.
• Track KPIs and analyze data to recommend process changes.
• Provide training and mentorship on continuous improvement tools.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Manage teammate time, attendance, and schedules.
• Provide proactive performance feedback and coaching where needed.
• Oversee training and succession planning for assigned functions.
• Achieve KPIs in Safety, Quality, Productivity and Turnover.
• Coordinate with Account Management, Transportation, and client teams.
• Support new customer implementations at the distribution center.
