Job summary

Maersk in West Chester, OH is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, inventory control, and payroll for a 20+ person team. The role ensures on-time receiving, storing, and shipping, while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 months of related experience or training, plus supervisory aptitude. This full-time on-site position offers weekday day shifts and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate activities of workers concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials.
Maintain adequate records of inventory adjustments and perform cycle counts.
Plan inbound and outbound schedules and determine staffing needs.
Assign workers to duties based on workload and shipping schedules; ensure safety procedures are followed.
Communicate operational procedures and monitor performance to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
