Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor/management experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, coaching and supporting as needed.
• Uphold health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote teamwork.
