DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor for distribution to lead a diverse frontline team, drive safe, efficient warehouse operations, and implement process improvements that deliver excellence across our network.

This role requires coaching, performance management, and the ability to partner with leadership to monitor KPIs, ensure compliance, and sustain a culture of inclusion and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years operations leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• 1+ years logistics/warehouse experience preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, providing coaching and support while fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of heightened safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide regular reports and recommendations to management to improve warehouse operations.
• Foster open communication and collaboration between leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
