Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching and support, building an inclusive team culture.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, provide reports and recommendations to management.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across leadership and frontline staff.
