Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Fort Myers to lead drivers, dispatchers, and frontline teams. You will own staffing for your operation, coach employees, and promote a strong safety culture while ensuring on-time, safe collection services.

Responsibilities include daily crew-outs, safety huddles, and cross-department coordination to optimize routes, customer service, and operational efficiency. CDL and bilingual skills are a plus for our growing team.
