Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clean CDL and OSHA 10 or 30 card.
• Legally eligible to work in the US.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the operations team and develop team members to assist them in reaching individual goals and future advancement.
• Oversee drivers and helpers to ensure safety and operational goals are met.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Division Manager to implement initiatives for excellence.
• Handle onboarding for new drivers to reinforce Casella’s core values.
• Monitor driver performance and coach for policy compliance and training needs.
• Investigate accidents, disputes, and complaints with required documentation.
• Create routing plans to improve density and reduce route hours.
• Participate in training and learning opportunities to grow knowledge and support the company's mission.
