Pentair in Sanford, NC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the production team and drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Cash. You will train staff, manage staffing, oversee inventory accuracy, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and WIN RIGHT.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience OR a minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be a hands‑on leader.
• Learn Manufacturing knowledge and implementation experience.
• Personnel management.
• High energy and the ability to motivate and influence.
• Strong problem‑solving & critical thinking skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure a safe and ergonomic work environment for the team and encourage suggestions, actions, and ownership for improvement.
• Ensure process and product quality through the adherence to standard work and other related documents/procedures.
• Be responsible for training the team and improving flow within the cells to ensure that customer demand is met.
• Be responsible for staffing requirements that meet the established goals/line rates.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through established depletion/replenishment systems and cycle counting processes.
• Be responsible for the coaching and mentoring of team members for career/talent development.
• Be responsible for ensuring that the team operates with a WIN RIGHT mentality and operates within the policies and procedures of Pentair.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
