Pentair is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Sanford, NC to lead the production team toward safety, quality, and efficiency goals. You will develop talent, drive lean improvements, and ensure on-time meeting of customer demand in a hands-on leadership role.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with supervisory experience or equivalent, and a background in manufacturing. The position offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of supervisory experience, or 8+ years in supervisory leadership.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on leader with coaching and mentorship.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure a safe and ergonomic work environment and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain process and product quality by adhering to standard work.
• Train the team and improve flow to meet customer demand.
• Staff to meet goals/line rates.
• Manage inventory accuracy through depletion/replenishment and cycle counts.
• Coach and mentor team members for career development.
• Foster a WIN RIGHT culture and comply with Pentair policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
