Pentair is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Sanford, NC to lead the production team toward safety, quality, and efficiency goals. You will develop talent, drive lean improvements, and ensure on-time meeting of customer demand in a hands-on leadership role.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with supervisory experience or equivalent, and a background in manufacturing. The position offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of supervisory experience, or 8+ years in supervisory leadership.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on leader with coaching and mentorship.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

We have an opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to join our Sanford, NC team. You will be responsible for overall performance and lead the production team to continuously improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Cash, while also ensuring talent development of the team

You will:

• Ensure a safe and ergonomic work environment for the team and encourage suggestions, actions, and ownership for improvement.
• Ensure process and product quality through the adherence to standard work and other related documents/procedures.
• Be responsible for training the team and improving flow within the cells to ensure that customer demand is met.
• Be responsible for staffing requirements that meet the established goals/line rates.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through established depletion/replenishment systems and cycle counting processes.
• Be responsible for the coaching and mentoring of team members for career/talent development.
• Be responsible for ensuring that the team operates with a WIN RIGHT mentality and operates within the policies and procedures of Pentair.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience OR a minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be a hands-on leader.
• Learn Manufacturing knowledge and implementation experience.
• Personnel management.
• High energy and the ability to motivate and influence.
• Strong problem-solving & critical thinking skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $61200 - $113600 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
