Job summary
Shipfusion is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our new fulfillment center to lead a team toward peak efficiency and exceptional customer satisfaction. You will direct daily warehouse activities, optimize order fulfillment, and ensure safety and compliance across operations.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of warehouse leadership, experience hiring and coaching teams, and strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience leading an operations team in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to hire, coach, train, and manage a team of 10 to 50 employees
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
- OSHA/regulatory compliance knowledge is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Responsibilities
- Lead a warehouse team to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee order fulfillment, inventory control, quality assurance.
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Account Managers to meet client deliverables.
- Manage packaging, kitting, and special projects as needed.
- Ensure a safe and compliant work environment and processes.
