Job summary

Shipfusion in Carol Stream, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee pickers and packers, ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, and keep customer satisfaction as the primary goal.

You will actively work with the Operations Manager on day-to-day account operations, handle special instructions for each account, supervise the pick queue, provide visibility into operations, and assist in training new team members to uphold quality across every order.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a fulfillment center or similar warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restrictions.
• Stand and walk continuously during an 8+ hour shift.
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus but not required.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, tech-oriented warehouse setting.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pickers/packers.
• Actively work and communicate directly with the Operations Manager on day to day account operations and issues.
• Handle and facilitate special instructions for each assigned account.
• Overseeing pick queue.
• Provide visibility and feedback of the operational side of a given account.
• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal.
• Assist in employee development by training new team members.
• Ensure quality control efforts are in place with each order.
